BL118T

BL-118T is a cardioid low-frequency speaker. An 18-inch driver is at the front and a 15-inch driver is at the back. In the (bi-amp) operation mode, different radiation characteristics can be produced with corresponding presets. The cardioid radiation mode is to maximize the attenuation of the energy behind it so that the sound pressure can be attenuated by more than 15dB in the whole low-frequency spectrum. The end-fire mode can maximize the energy of the front and partially weaken the energy of the back. Because of this directional low-frequency setting, makes the sound more solid and musical. This is especially obvious in a sound field with a lot of reverberation. The high-performance driver performs accurate path calculations to achieve surging and flexible bass effects. As there are multiple operation modes in the DSP8 processor, it provides perfect results in any environment. It is completely free from the airflow noise of ordinary ultra-low speakers in large dynamics.

It maintains the same width and hanging device as the line array system and can be perfectly combined with the BL-218S and BL-310 line array systems. There are various stacking methods-the traditional left and right stacking modes, placed in horizontal rows in front of the stage, complete vertical stacking or hanging. Used with BL series subwoofers, it has a strong low-frequency effect and deep dive.

The BL-118T cabinet is made of 18mm birch, and the surface finish is black polyurea paint that is wear-resistant and anti-collision.
