The line array speaker system PROX is a large 3-way four drivers speaker. It provides a frequency range of 40Hz-20kHz. Three neodymium compression tweeters with 75-core (voice coil) and 36-core throats, four 8-inch neodymium midrange drivers, and two 15-inch neodymium woofers form a loudspeaker system with great dynamic headroom.
The low-frequency part of PROX uses two 500W 15-inch paper cone woofers, and the two woofers independently drive an asymmetrical structure. The mid-frequency part is composed of 4 high sensitivity 8-inch mid-range units, which are installed behind the tweeter sound wave converter to form a central coaxial structure. The high-frequency part uses three 75-core (voice coil) neodymium composite titanium film compression units. Through a plane wave converter combined with a 90 degrees exponential curve constant pointing horn, the three trebles produce a consistent wavefront. The highly sensitive neodymium magnet unit enables PROX to produce high-efficiency sound pressure level output.
The box body of PROX is trapezoidal design, using nylon/aluminum plate material inlaid on both sides of the wooden box, the back and bottom are nylon footpads, which increase the appearance of the speaker and effectively protect the speaker; alto-to-treble coaxial structure and bass symmetrical structure Designed to make the sound image centered without sound image separation. The pre-set angle installation greatly improves installation efficiency. The adjustable angle of each cabinet is 0-5 degrees, every 0.5 degrees. The hanging parts are made of high precision and high-strength steel to ensure fast and efficient speaker connection and hanging Safety. When hanging multiple speakers, the hanging parts have a safety factor of 6:1 according to the international standard. The box body is composed of a 24mm panel and another 18mm birch plywood. The surface is black polyurea paint that is wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and waterproof. There are two humanized handles on both sides of the speaker, making it safer to carry, and there are two handles on the back to provide support for changing the hanging angle. The back wiring board has two WP-8 Weipu eight-pin sockets. The black perforated iron net is lined with net cotton to protect the speaker driver.
